Ballers Academy Terms and Conditions

1. Registration Requirement
A completed registration form and acceptance of these terms is required to secure a place at Ballers Academy. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
2. Booking Confirmation and Payment
A place is only confirmed once full payment has been received (or where agreed, an approved payment arrangement is in place). Once confirmed, the place is reserved exclusively for the participant for the full term.
3. Cooling Off Period (Distance Bookings)
Where a booking is made online or without face to face contact, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day after your booking is confirmed, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing within this 14 day period.
If a cancellation request is received within this period and no sessions have been attended, a full refund will be issued. If any sessions have been attended within this period, a reasonable deduction may be made to reflect services already provided.
After the 14 day cooling off period has expired, the booking is considered fully confirmed for the term and becomes non refundable and non transferable, regardless of attendance, participation, or change of circumstances.
A request to withdraw from sessions does not automatically constitute a cancellation or refund request and must be clearly stated in writing if a refund is being requested.
4. Non Refundable and Non Transferable Policy
After the 14 day cooling off period, all bookings are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for missed sessions, non attendance, change of mind, or withdrawal from the programme.
Places are reserved for the full term and costs are incurred based on confirmed bookings and staffing commitments.
5. Attendance
If a participant does not attend sessions, the place remains allocated for the full term and no refunds or credits will be issued for unused sessions.
6. Late Collection
A late collection fee of £25 may be charged if a child is not collected promptly at the end of their session. This covers additional staffing and supervision costs incurred.
7. Code of Conduct
We expect all participants, parents, and guardians to behave respectfully towards staff, coaches, and other members. We reserve the right to suspend or remove a participant from the programme if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
In such cases, fees will not be refunded.
8. Medical or Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances such as serious injury or medical conditions, we may, at our discretion, review refund or credit requests on a case by case basis.
9. Partner Organisations
From time to time, we may work alongside partner clubs or organisations. These remain separate entities and operate under their own terms, fees, and payment structures. Any queries relating to partner organisations must be directed to them directly.
10. Agreement to Terms
By completing registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
