At Ballers Academy, our Holiday Camps offer children an exciting and engaging way to spend their school holidays. Designed for players of all abilities, our camps focus on fun, skill development, and creating memories.

Holiday Camp Terms and Conditions

  • 1. Registration Requirement
    A completed registration form and acceptance of these terms is required to secure a place at a Ballers Academy Holiday Camp. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • 2. Booking Confirmation and Payment
    A place is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Once confirmed, the place is reserved exclusively for the participant for the selected camp dates.
  • 3. Cooling Off Period (Distance Bookings)
    Where a booking is made online or without face to face contact, you have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day after booking, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly in writing within this 14 day period.
  • Please note, if the camp start date falls within the 14 day cooling off period and the booking is made with the intention of attending, you agree that the service may begin within this period. In such cases, a refund may be reduced to reflect any days already attended or missed.
  • 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
    Due to the limited capacity and pre planning required for holiday camps, the following applies:
  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the camp start date may be eligible for a refund, minus a small administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date are non refundable.
  • Once the camp has started, no refunds will be issued for non attendance or missed days.
  • We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, holidays, illness, or other personal circumstances once the relevant cancellation period has passed.
  • 5. Non Attendance
    If a participant does not attend all or part of the camp, the place remains allocated and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed days.
  • 6. Late Collection
    A late collection fee of £25 may be charged if a child is not collected promptly at the end of their session. This covers additional staffing and supervision costs.
  • 7. Code of Conduct
    We expect all participants, parents, and guardians to behave respectfully towards staff and other attendees. We reserve the right to remove any participant for inappropriate behaviour. In such cases, fees will not be refunded.
  • 8. Medical or Exceptional Circumstances
    In exceptional circumstances, such as serious injury or medical conditions, we may review refund requests at our discretion on a case by case basis.
  • 9. Agreement to Terms
    By completing registration and payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
