Ballers Academy Private Sessions are a great way for players/teams/groups to develop specific aspects of their game & to improve overall fitness & intensity levels. Each session is tailored to the player/group's requests to help them reach their personal goals.
1 on 1 Sessions typically include Dynamic & Static warm-ups, Technical Drills based on information received, SAQs and Strength & Conditioning exercises.
Small Groups sessions will include all of the above as well as opposed drills, replicating game situations and creating competition.
Private events include, sports events, team training, team bonding and celebrations, and can be tailored to the specific requests of the group.
