1 0N 1 TRAINING
Ballers Academy 1 on 1, and small group sessions are a great way for players to develop specific parts of their game & to improve overall fitness & intensity levels. Each session is tailored to the individual player's requests to help them reach their personal goals.
1 on 1 Sessions typically include Dynamic & Static warm-ups, Technical Drills based on information received, SAQs and Strength & Conditioning exercises.
Small Groups sessions will include all of the above as well as opposed drills, replicating game situations and creating competition.
